Job Description
Preparing effective and time-demanded promotional materials on assigned products
Preparing appropriate promotional plans and strategies on assigned products
Monitoring sales trends and always driving for growth
Generating innovative ideas and strategies to cover the maximum number of customers
Designing attractive campaigns to increase prescriptions of assigned brands
Identifying new molecules and conducting market analysis of new products for launching
Developing new products in coordination with R&D, Commercial, and Regulatory Affairs departments for launching
Allocating and monitoring promotional items for best utilization
Celebrating medically important days
Actively involving in people development processes within the Sales Team
Coordinating monthly regional sales meetings
Organizing scientific seminars in medical institutes on assigned products
Any other tasks assigned by management
Location: Head Office, Beacon Business Centre, 9/B/2 Toyenbee Circular Road, Motijheel, Dhaka
