Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including servers, workstations, printers, and peripherals.
∎ Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as required, ensuring compatibility and compliance with industry standards.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, diagnosing and repairing faulty components.
∎ Design, implement, and maintain the organization's local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.
∎ Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities.
∎ Install and configure network devices, including routers, switches, network printer, and access points.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
∎ Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hardware and network-related procurement.
∎ Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and network-related issues.
∎ Assist with software installations and updates as required.
∎ Train employees on hardware and network best practices and security protocols.
∎ Research and recommend hardware and network upgrades to improve performance and efficiency.
∎ Configure & maintenance of CCTV Surveillance and Attendance machine.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in computer science/CSE, Information Technology, or a related field.
∎ Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, RHCE.) will be a plus.
∎ Proven experience as a Hardware & Network Administrator or a similar role, with a strong understanding of network protocols and hardware components.
∎ Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, and other network devices.
∎ Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues effectively.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide user support and collaborate with team members.
∎ Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
