Contract Negotiation, Export Import Through LC, INTERNATIONAL SALES, Sales Reporting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining proper communication with existing and potential customers to assess their needs.
∎ Collect the production volume/stock reports and communicates with customers to receive orders based on the availability of the products.
∎ Monitoring competitor activities and industry trends in order to identify business opportunities into the specific geographic area.
∎ Finding out the potential markets and creating relationships with the new buyers.
∎ Ensure necessary contract negotiation with the buyers and ensure all terms and conditions are met accordingly.
∎ Issuing PI (Proforma Invoice) and amending as & when needed.
∎ Overseeing pre- to post-sales support activities for the designated goods & taken feedback from buyers.
∎ Ensuring on-time delivery, follow-up shipment, and payment process.
∎ Coordinate with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth customer service.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
