Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Industrial and Production Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improvement of capacity and the productivity by using lean tools and techniques;
∎ Continuous monitoring of bottle neck operations and take initiatives to increase productivity;
∎ Conduct method study for individual workers;
∎ Record and analysis of non-productive time;
∎ Changeover time calculation and reduction by using SMED;
∎ Ensure peak target achievement according to operation bulletin;
∎ Monitor the thread consumption and the usage improve/optimize the techniques if necessary;
∎ Implementation of continuous improvement and all pilot initiatives;
∎ Assist head of IE for root cause analysis and improvement activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant working experience;
∎ Good organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills;
∎ Sound knowledge over work aids (guide, folder and other attachments);
∎ Good skill of preparing operation bulletin and thread consumption;
∎ Good skill over industrial engineering; tools and techniques for problem solving and project management;
∎ Strong work ethics.
