Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility for the quality of product in finishing to packing as per buyer requirement;
∎ Ensure the process input to end closed room as per SOP;
∎ Review the washing outcomes;
∎ Maintain and assurance product safety as per policy;
∎ Ensure proper measurement of the finished goods;
∎ Ensure shade segregation review, moisture check, packing accuracy check and recording as per requirement;
∎ Take corrective action plan from supervisor as per quality defect report;
∎ Any other task assigns by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ At least 5 years of experience on quality control role in garment manufacturing industry (Denim bottom);
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
∎ Critical problem solving;
∎ Technical skill on the quality issue;
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities;
∎ Statistical and data-driven quality control;
∎ Reporting skill, computer skill;
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships & team work.
