Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct financial analysis, including company valuations, financial modeling, and risk assessments. Assist in due diligence processes for potential investment opportunities, including market research, industry analysis, and financial statement review.
∎ Support deal structuring and negotiation activities, including drafting term sheets and transaction documents. Prepare presentation materials and pitch decks for client meetings and investor presentations.
∎ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, investors, legal counsel, and other advisors.
∎ Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory developments affecting investment and merchant banking activities. Participate in business development efforts, including identifying new investment opportunities and cultivating client relationships.
∎ Provide support to senior team members and assist in project management tasks as needed
