Strong experience in residential apartment sales is must

Sound knowledge of Dhaka’s premium real estate locations (Gulshan, Baridhara, Banani, Dhanmondi, Uttara, etc.)

Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Ability to achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets

Strong understanding of pricing, booking, installment plans, and documentation

Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused

Client Relationship Management

Responsibilities & Context:

Intraco Properties is looking a highly capable and results-driven some competent candidate for the Position of Senior Executive / Executive – Sales (Real Estate)

  • Generate leads and engage prospective buyers through networking, calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, fairs and site visits
  • Execute effective sales strategies to achieve apartment sales targets
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Provide clients with detailed information regarding apartments, pricing, payment plans, and possession timelines
  • Handle negotiations, inquiries, and objections professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Conduct and coordinate site visits at project locations
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and sales progress
  • Analyze market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth sales transactions
  • Participate in property fairs, sales events, and promotional activities
