∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential customers of ceramic products and update database on a regular basis
∎ Achieve sales target of assigned area and monitor deployed sales team
∎ Collect order from wholesalers and retailers and ensure timely product delivery
∎ Develop a number of new dealers and corporate customers
∎ Ensure growth in sales revenue as well as high levels of client satisfaction
∎ Ensure maximum product coverage and create new outlets to achieve monthly sales target
∎ Collect timely payment from dealers/corporate clients
∎ Assist to develop sales promotional plan for ceramic products considering competitor's activities and market requirement
∎ Survey and prepare SWOT analysis report on different competitors and suggest for changes in prices of ceramic products and appropriate sales strategies
∎ Maintain pleasant relationships with dealers and responsible persons

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having experience in the ceramics industry will get preference
∎ Report writing and presentation skills
∎ Problem-solving skills
∎ Sound interpersonal abilities
∎ Practical knowledge in Microsoft Office package
