Experience Requirements:

Air Freight, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Freight Forwarding, Freight Forwarding Company, Freight Forwarding/ C&F, Logistic Service, Shipping, Shipping Logistic
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Shipping, Trading or Export/Import, Transportation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & maintain monthly shipment capacity as well profit & loss calculation per individual shipment.
∎ Make sure on time response to RFQ of different Customers.
∎ Manage long-term client relationship, constantly maintain high-level service satisfaction and ensure all KPI are achieved.
∎ Ensure all service issues/complaints are handled professionally and properly escalated when needed.
∎ Ensure that customer requirements are delivered and properly manage customer's expectation.
∎ Initiate and manage partnership strategy with agent offices in other countries as well as local/oversea co-loaders.
∎ Identify and eliminate problems both internal and external to get the job done effectively.
∎ Create positive and collaborative work atmosphere among team members.
∎ Work closely with other departments to achieve synergy of cooperation.
∎ Have sound knowledge on Logistics Products/Services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea Logistics).
∎ Should know to construct air freight rate, sea freight rate.
∎ Should understand the basic operation of Sea freight and air freight.
∎ Must have knowledge in commonly used terms in air and sea freight
∎ Should have adequate competence to prepare price proposal to customer and follow up for materializing the business.
∎ Should have advance knowledge in Microsoft office (Excel, Power point, Words etc.)
Salary: Negotiable
