Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all finishing accessories are in housed on time;
∎ Responsible for finishing, ironing of garments;
∎ Monitor and follow up packing condition and confirm the packing list for all buyers to
∎ ship the garments on time as per inspection schedule;
∎ Responsible for arranging inspection with buying QC before completion of finished
∎ order quantity;
∎ Assist Finishing Head to control and monitor costs and other overheads of the finishing Department within the budgeted limit;
∎ Evaluate staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career
∎ development plans;
∎ Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC;
∎ Comply with clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized;
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site;
∎ Handles other responsibilities and projects, as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience:
∎ 08-12 years of working experience.
∎ Must have experience of working on Denim bottom, preferably with European buyers.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Appropriate knowledge and skills on garments finishing jobs
∎ Relevant knowledge and skills on garments manufacturing
∎ Good organizational, interpersonal, communication
∎ Communication skill:
∎ Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing and speaking).
