Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acquire competent farmers for Farming through MoU and maintain a sustainable relation with potential farmers.
∎ Frequently visits to crop field to identify problems and ensure required support to those farmers.
∎ Guide the selected farmers to ensure our expected level harvesting through better Agricultural practices.
∎ Collaborate with local Agricultural Office, collect data from them to adopt innovative practices.
∎ Develop necessary policies and procedures to faster the project.
∎ Maintain good relation with all stakeholders (internal and external).
∎ Supervise the team members, monitoring them and ensure maximum outcomes from the assigned project.
∎ Initiate relevant training for the farmers for post-harvest crop management to ensure the quality as per our requirement.
∎ Analyze the farmer and company cost and advise the company for appropriate measures for competitive price.
∎ Establish and monitor appropriate crop collection process for the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years in relevant field preferable.
∎ Preferably within 35 years.
