Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect orders from sales team, update them in ERP software and ensure timely delivery
∎ Maintain liaison with sales team to ensure product availability in the target markets
∎ Handle distribution related complaints and provide appropriate solution
∎ Communicate with sales, marketing and other related dept. to resolve customer issues related to order & service of ceramic products
∎ Preserve data of the retail and corporate customers and update their accounts information
∎ Maintain proper communication with warehouse and transportation staffs to ensure timely delivery
∎ Collect feedback from the market on product performance and provide data to the reporting authority
∎ Maintain liaison with sales team to ensure product availability in the target markets

Salary: Negotiable
