Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ A partially qualified CMA Degree will be advantageous.
∎ Skills Required: Product Costing and budgeting, Production costing
Experience Requirements:

Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and preserve the daily Actual Manpower report line-wise.
∎ Prepare a daily productivity report.
∎ Prepare Contract Manufacturing Costing (CM Costing) for Export Sales.
∎ Monitor daily Product Consumption entries in ERP software (Line and subline-wise).
∎ Collect monthly Actual Payroll to prepare the average Salary and wage cost for standard and actual costing purposes.
∎ Update recipes in ERP Software.
∎ Update Packing Material information in ERP Software.
∎ Assist in the preparation of Standard and Actual Costing.
∎ Summarize the yearly Sales Forecast (SKU-wise).
∎ Data Collection from the production floor as per requirement.
∎ Electricity and Steam cost analysis and line-wise cost allocation
∎ Line wise cost analysis.
∎ Prepared a monthly consumption report and production efficiency report.
∎ Analysis of Cost sheet & Landed cost.
∎ Prepared a machine efficiency analysis report.
∎ Conduct a line-wise production process.
∎ Prepared a monthly variance Report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Word, Advanced Excel skills and PowerPoint;
∎ Candidates having experience working with ERP will be given preference;
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge in accounting, financial planning, costing, budgeting and others.
∎ Visit the factory from time to time.
∎ Good communication skills both in English and Bangla;
∎ Should have analytical skills.
