Job Responsibilities:
∎ Trace the daily newspaper market to gain new business sources and retain the existing clientele
∎ Visit and persuade clients to buy advertising space in print and online
∎ Develop advertisement related proposals
∎ Generate new ideas and develop propositions
∎ Coordinate special supplements
∎ Find out who controls the advertising budget in target organizations and contact them
∎ Explain the benefits of the newspaper and online version, using statistics on readership and digital audience
∎ Offer a price and negotiate around it
∎ Close the deal and record the details
∎ Maintain key accounts

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Work experience in the newspaper industry's advertising team, either in English or Bangla newspapers, advertising agency background
∎ Strong communication skills and good connections in the advertising industry
∎ Capacity to work extra hour and under pressure when necessary
∎ Sufficient technological orientation
∎ Hard work

Salary: Negotiable
