Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist supervisor to enhance brand equity and market share by implementing Marketing/Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Communication Plan.
∎ Assist in preparation of monthly & yearly Marketing Budget and achieve targets especially as per agreed marketing and sales plan.
∎ Visit customers to monitor market status and find new opportunities.
∎ Launch and re-launch Brands to grasp untapped opportunity (s) and take market share.
∎ Assist to forecast and evaluate sales in association with Sales team/department.
∎ Help to develop new Brand or Product as per Annual Business plan.
∎ Cooperate to develop existing Product’s Packaging.
∎ Follow up and report to management regarding Competitors’ marketing activities, trade offer & price strategy.
∎ Make liaison with sales department to achieve individual Brand objective in terms of volume and value.
∎ Visit Market & Dealer point/depot once a month inside & outside Dhaka.
∎ Assist to ensure primer requirements in connection with Trade Mark Registration, Copyright and Patent Design, SCM, Sales & Foreign Trade.
