Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate advertisement revenue by prospecting, analyzing and converting sales leads
∎ Promote and sell print and digital advertising, make sponsorships and partnership deals
∎ Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
∎ Conduct regular market visits, call and follow up with clients and ad agencies
∎ Ensure client satisfaction through excellent service
∎ Assist in revenue collection from the sales generated
∎ Gather market intelligence both for the print and online news media business
∎ Provide sales progress reports to Head of Department or a regular basis
∎ Provide coaching and training to develop sales team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Prior work experience in sales, preferably in media or advertising industry or large professional B2B company, will be given preference (Required minimum 2 years' experience) However, the candidate with more experience will be given a position accordingly.
∎ Ability to manage and drive sales of self and team.
∎ Excellent communication skill in Bengali and English in verbal and written form
∎ The applicant needs to be internet savvy, ready to dig deep into the market and open for working in cross functional teams
∎ Willingness to travel and work in a professional system
