Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or masters from reputed university, preferably in business disciplines with major in marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, manage, coordinate and execute communication plans for the target audience to meet campaign and business objectives
∎ Work with key stakeholders to ensure quality communication for all campaigns while consistently maintaining standards and guidelines
∎ Communicate with agencies to develop and implement communication plans in various ATL and BTL channels along with digital platforms
∎ Supervise production, design media plan and carry out media buying
∎ Continuously track, manage and ensure the identity of the brand in a consistent manner through every communication - internal, external and corporate

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having 2 years of relevant experience in brand communication, media, advertising and corporate affairs for Executive position. However, the candidate with more experience will be given a position accordingly.
∎ Comprehensive understanding about ATL, BTL, digital and other marketing communications
∎ Strong network in media and advertising industry, corporate sector and relevant stakeholders
∎ Friendly, pro-active and a good team player
∎ Excellent communication skill in Bengali and English in verbal and written form
∎ Commendable interpersonal skill
