∎ Graduate or masters from reputed university with good academic results
∎ Certification in SMM or any other online courses is preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement social media strategy to align with strategic and business goals
∎ Set specific targets and report on ROI
∎ Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, news, photos, slideshow, videos, etc.)
∎ Collaborate with content, marketing, sales and IT teams to ensure brand consistency
∎ Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor reviews
∎ Suggest and implement new features to increase engagement in different social media
∎ Oversee social media account design (e.g., profile picture, timeline cover, graphic picture image, etc.)
∎ Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
∎ Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
∎ Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, monitoring and design tools and applications

Additional Requirements:
∎ Comprehensive understanding about social media, marketing communications and SEO
∎ Friendly, pro-active and a good team player
∎ Excellent communication skill in Bengali and English in verbal and written form
∎ Avid learner
