• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 4 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Expertise in RSC & BNBC regulations in Bangladesh.
• Proficiency in:
• Designing and drafting SLD/ELD.
• Load calculations.
• Industrial lighting design.
• Substation design.
• Knowledge of UPS systems and generators.
• Registered professional engineers with the Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) who hold valid licenses for SLD preparation and certification.

• Design and Drawing: Develop detailed design plans, drawings, and specifications for electrical projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Project Implementation: Manage the end-to-end implementation of electrical projects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement of materials, and coordination with contractors and internal stakeholders.

• Supervision: Supervise construction activities, conduct regular site visits, and monitor progress to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.

• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of construction workmanship and materials, identifying and addressing any deviations or issues promptly.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence, to facilitate effective communication and project tracking.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal departments, external contractors, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of any issues.
