Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
∎ Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across various channels.
∎ Analyze key performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, commercial, and product teams, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
∎ Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, continually optimizing campaigns for improved performance.
∎ Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing to implement innovative and effective strategies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, AdWords, and other relevant platforms.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
∎ Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing budgets to achieve marketing objectives.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to adapt to the dynamic digital marketing landscape.
∎ Proven experience in effectively communicating and collaborating with regional teams to align performance marketing strategies with specific market dynamics and requirements.
∎ Experience in coordinating with channel account managers to optimize marketing efforts through partner channels, ensuring a cohesive and mutually beneficial approach.
