Responsibilities & Context:

1.       Digital Marketing Strategy Development

  • Develop digital marketing strategies to define clear objectives and target audiences to drive brand growth and engagement.

  • Analyze digital trends and platform algorithm changes to refine strategies and maintain competitiveness.

2.       Content Planning & Execution

  • Plan content based on campaign goals and audience interests to ensure consistent and relevant communication.

  • Maintain a content calendar to schedule timely rollouts and align with campaign milestones and key business dates.

  • Write compelling copy for digital platforms to attract, inform, and convert target audiences effectively.

3.       Social Media Management

  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to increase visibility, grow community, and enhance user engagement.

  • Monitor online interactions including comments, shares, and mentions to track user sentiment and improve brand perception.

  • Respond to customer queries via social channels to ensure prompt communication and build customer trust.

4.       Digital Advertising & Lead Management

  • Execute or brief digital ad campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and lead conversion.

  • Track performance metrics of digital ads to optimize ad effectiveness and return on investment.

  • Manage leads generated through social media to support the sales team and increase conversions.

5.       Website Management

  • Update and maintain the company website content to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with marketing goals.

  • Monitor website performance to support lead generation and enhance user experience.

6.       Insights & Budget Management

  • Analyze trends using tools like Google Trends to inform content strategy and marketing decisions.

  • Allocate digital marketing budgets based on campaign needs and expected returns to ensure efficient resource utilization.

7.       Cross-Functional Collaboration & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with digital vendors to ensure timely delivery of required digital assets and services.

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and ensure cohesive campaign execution.
