Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Cutting head to collect size breakdown, trim card, pattern and sample;
∎ Assist Cutting head to pre plan for size set/ Pilot run cutting and make size ratio for marker;
∎ Ensure the daily cutting target as per plan;
∎ Ensure plan efficiency been achieved;
∎ Ensure fabric utilization been achieved;
∎ Ensure no short cutting and achieved minimum cutting requirement;
∎ Shipment schedule to be checked in accordance with the input;
∎ Monitor cutting production and ensure minimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section;
∎ Follow compliance activities in cutting section to ensure zero NC;
∎ Keeping records ready always of shrinkage & shade report, daily basis cutting & input plan report, fabric requirement report, swatch card & Style wise cutting consumption report;
∎ Comply with clean desk policy in place to increase productivity and stay organized.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory;
∎ Required good commination skill;
∎ Candidate should have knowledge on marker ratio plan;
∎ Knowledge on daily, weekly & monthly plan making;
∎ Strong leadership to execution planning target;
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
∎ Ability to work under pressure, maintain good interpersonal relationship;
∎ Should have basic computer operating skill particularly in MS Word, Excel, and Power point;
∎ Should have basic computer operating skill;
∎ Particularly in MS Word, Excel, Power point.
