Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in any discipline from a reputed University having relevant training on factory compliance.
∎ PGDHRM will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having experience to make monthly internal audit schedule & perform the audit in the sister concern of DBL Group as per legal, Buyers & ACCORD/Alliance standards;
∎ Organize the factories according to Customer’s standards by the instruction of Line Manager;
∎ Able to make CAP & submitting to the buyers on time;
∎ Able to face & organize 2nd party, 3rd party, BSCI, ETI, FLA, SCS, SEDEX, WRAP, Better Works/ILO or EU, UK, USA buyers audit;
∎ Provide regular feedback to the line Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years practical experience on Compliance in the large RMG factories
∎ Females are also encouraged to apply;
∎ Sound knowledge on Labour Laws 2006, Amendment 2013, 2018, Rules 2015, Amendment 22 Alliance/ACCORD & NFPA standards;
∎ To have strong written & verbal Communication as well as Computer Knowledge;
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord;
∎ Job Location : Tepirbari, Sreepur, Gazipur.
