Job Responsibilities:
∎ What you need to succeed: To become our successful Business Development Officer, you must have the relevant skills, abilities and knowledge to perform at a satisfactory level and fulfil the following essential tasks and responsibilities:
∎ Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
∎ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
∎ Develop plans for our company's next growth phase using the right strategies and tactics for financial success.
∎ You'll be responsible for the everyday sales operations and take operational leadership of our Sales enthusiasts and sales verticals.
∎ Continuously learn and upgrade product knowledge and sales skills to achieve and exceed growing sales targets.
∎ Collaborate with internal divisions (e.g., product, sales engineering, customer success & operations) and colleagues to provide a use case and product feedback, develop fresh approaches to utilizing the system, understand winning strategies, and champion sustained success.
∎ Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.
∎ Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication and writing skills along with being a presentable and passionate go-getter.
∎ Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
∎ Proficiency in English and Bangla, both speaking and writing.
∎ Must be good at research.
∎ Must have a proven experience of Sales Business Development
Salary:
∎ A salary package of 30,000-35,000/BDT per-month as Senior Business Development Executive.
