∎ Major in Accounting or Finance/ CA or ACCA partially completed with CC or Article-ship completed (Masters is an added advantage)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for handling & monitoring company Accounts & Finance.
∎ To manage all financial activities in compliance with accounting standards.
∎ Reconcile the transaction of Cash, Bank, Digital Financial Channels.
∎ Costing analysis and interpretation of process.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly tally report and submit to the management.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in computerized accounting, financial planning, cost, budget, audit Support, banking, Tax & VAT, insurance and other related activities.
∎ Requisitions for payment of different suppliers.
∎ Focus on proactive and cost-effective operations.
∎ Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
∎ Provide monthly information and analysis for Management Team.
∎ Develop, maintain and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
∎ Handling Company Tax and VAT related papers.
∎ Analyze and identify key areas of improvement and apply the cost estimation techniques to drive cost reductions and aid operational processes and efficiency.
∎ Make recompilation between VAT ledger and accounting ledger and maintain communication with VAT Circle and Division office.
∎ Any other assignment given by the supervisor.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
