∎ We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our sales and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of IT and digital solutions, and a passion for building meaningful customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and target new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
∎ · Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ · Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions to address their challenges.
∎ · Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions according to client requirements.
∎ · Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
∎ · Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales.
∎ · Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
∎ · Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
∎ · Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand the company's presence.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in IT solution sales or a similar role.
∎ Strong understanding of IT products, services, and trends.
∎ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
∎ Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
∎ Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to sales.
