Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze market trends and development that may impact offline & online marketing activities.
∎ Conduct research to identify emerging trends of consumers.
∎ Design, collect and analyze customer satisfaction and feedback.
∎ Execute brand campaigns.
∎ Forecast emerging market needs.
∎ Generate creative materials, templates and collaterals.
∎ Generate customer awareness.
∎ Implement activities that develop organization capabilities to deliver a consistent customer experience.
∎ Implement brand communication plans.
∎ Implement innovation campaigns to drive higher customer retention and loyalty.
∎ Monitor product quality, design and brand alignment.
∎ Review effectiveness of brand campaigns.
∎ Create and execute social media strategies across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness
∎ Develop and implement promotional campaigns to support marketing objectives
∎ Collaborate with the content team to create and publish engaging content that aligns with brand messaging
∎ Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
∎ Act as the main point of contact for any social media inquiries from the public
∎ Assist with other marketing activities as needed
∎ Manage social media budgets and expenses, and report on ROI and campaign performance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
