Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceive, develop and deploy the marketing strategy for delivering revenue numbers.
∎ Lead and design the execution of the "go to market" for new product.
∎ Keeping the consideration the brand guidelines, customer segmentation, market research and consumer insight data.
∎ Plan and execute country specific activities aimed at improving brand.
∎ Managing Karnaphuli Social Media ( Website, Facebook, You tube etc.) in a manner for effective marketing solution to increase brand equity
∎ Managing & Monitoring Karnaphuli Service Contact Center for direct consumer affiliation.
∎ Analyze sales data to update a brand or category portfolio, determine new products and underperforming products
∎ Innovative idea generate, proposal with ROI calculation for the new project with feasibility analysis
∎ Assist smooth day to day operation of the brand marketing department, including partner management and development of own staff.
∎ To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Strong problem solving skill.
Salary: Negotiable
