Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain buyers' quality process from start to end in the factory;
∎ Follow up a team of in-house, buyers approve QA who perform inline/pre-final and self-inspection on behalf of buyers;
∎ Ensure the processes required for the QMS are designed, implemented & maintained properly;
∎ Implement work process and document control in accordance with approved SOP;
∎ Developing and implementing quality control audit plans;
∎ Conduct QMS audit in regular basis;
∎ Identifying testing parameters for products;
∎ Find problems in garments and make root cause analysis of defects;
∎ Highlight problems/ faults/ discrepancies in production;
∎ Ensure that quality of garments delivered to buyer are in line with their needs and company's objects;
∎ Ensure periodically inspect and calibrate auditing tools (e.g, scales, calipers, GSM Cutter, Measuring tape etc;
∎ Preparing and presenting quality audit reports to senior management;
∎ Fulfill the requirements for technical audit;
∎ Assist with follow-up audits as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
∎ Critical problem solving;
∎ Technical skill on the quality issue;
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities;
∎ Statistical and data-driven quality control;
∎ Reporting skill, proficient with computer applications;
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships & team work.
