∎ BSC in Textile/ IPE will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
∎ Develop fabric samples and sell company's fabric dyeing capacity.
∎ Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitor activities.
∎ Collaborate with different buying houses and try to get nomination for the fabrics produced.
∎ Manage and oversee all aspects of fabric production, ensuring quality standards are met at every stage of the manufacturing process.
∎ Source high-quality raw materials required for fabric production, negotiating prices and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
∎ Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that all fabrics meet the company's quality standards and customer requirements.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in fabric manufacturing, continuously improving processes and product offerings.
