Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Sales to expand our commercial footprint. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building a strong network of clients and suppliers, and driving the company's growth through strategic project and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and secure reliable customers in Bangladesh for importing steel products, non-ferrous metals, and other goods.
Sourcing & Supply Chain: Source and establish relationships with international suppliers for exporting products from Bangladesh to global markets.
Project Identification: Research and identify viable projects where Sadoshima Corporation can participate and contribute.
Strategic Partnerships: Seek out and evaluate potential partner companies for joint ventures and investment opportunities.
Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
Experience & Skills Requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in commercial or business development roles.
Prior experience in the trading sector is highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Fluency in both English and Japanese will be a significant advantage.
Proven experience working in a Japanese or other multinational company is highly desirable.
Additional Requirements:
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Age Range:
Below 40 years.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: BDT 40,000 - 50,000 (Negotiable for the highly experienced candidate).
Festival Bonus: 2 bonuses per year
Weekly Holiday: 2 days per week (Friday and Saturday).
