Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for achieving sales target.
∎ Proper follow up to customer till execution of sales.
∎ Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
∎ Maintain and update client database.
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing technical information.
∎ Coordinate with sales team members and other departments.
∎ Development new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Development of Plan, Designs for meeting demands and requirements of the Clients.
∎ Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Coordinate with collection and customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
∎ Need to study competitors' products & sales strategy to take competitive statement.
∎ Participate and represent organization at Rehab fair, events and demonstration as when required.
∎ Any other job assign by Management

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Target oriented
∎ Presentable in attitude and attire
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Sound knowledge about Real Estate business & present market
