Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and motivate a robust and enthusiast retail sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, annual brand-wise/category-wise sales targets and ensure individual outlets viably.
∎ Organize shop floor, branding & merchandising materials, product display & samples, up-to-date pricing and offerings are in line so that consumers can get a comfortable and delighted shopping experience.
∎ Take Initiatives to improve the retail business by focusing on selling high-end products, extending quality working hours, introducing cost-effective product line up, doing innovative communication activities, keeping customer database and increasing loyal customers.
∎ Identify opportunity of opening newly viable outlets in strategic locations and organize renovation & maintenance of showrooms as needed; pursue conducting agreement and renewal of agreements timely; conduct regulatory activities in support of relevant departments.
∎ Drive for updating SOPs of showrooms for smooth operation, maintaining Sales. Proceeds properly, keeping stocks up to date and cross-check with HO regarding sales, payment, stock and credit card bill settlements.
∎ Monitor customize order properly in terms of measurement, type/grade of products, pricing, offering, delivery timing, details address with at least two contact nos And relevant info.
∎ Follow-up showroom expenses to reduce sales vs cost ratio in the best manner.
∎ Develop relationships with key customers and drive for bulk sales
∎ Drive for handling genuine customer complaints (if any) on product & service, delivery etc. with necessary and relevant evidence in liaison with back office to solve it asap to satisfy customers upholding the reputation of the company, brands and products & service.
∎ Organize company guidelines and discipline strictly in terms of attendance, presence in the outlets; following dress code, grooming, hygiene; serving customers as committed, raising order properly, market/customer visit reports; keeping positive cash flow.
