Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Area wise target vs achievement analysis, monthly performance and cumulative growth analysis.
- FF Target file setup, revised target & lifting analysis.
- Daily database update for sales force. (New join, resign, transfer, termination)
- Sales force Salary sheet prepares, coordination with HR & Accounts dept. about sales force Salary disbursement.
- FF and Distributors monthly incentive.
- FF and Distributors List Update along with phone number.
- Customized report prepares for GM-Sales and marketing, CFO & MD/DMD
- Any other responsibilities as per management requirement.
