Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ CA(CC) partly qualified.
∎ Skills Required: Accounts and audit, Compliance Audit, Internal Audit, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Auditing, Compliance Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing pre-audit related tasks.
∎ Ensure the billing amount based on claim & company policy.
∎ Time to time set valid observation, Implication & related recommendation.
∎ Check the accuracy and casting of the billing figure.
∎ Assist to maintain billing register and preparation of report.
∎ Ensuring field visit time to time.
∎ Assisting superior with data entry related task.
∎ Visiting factory, project office regularly as per the instruction of supervisor.
∎ Any others task assigned by the supervisor and management.
∎ Checking of fund requisition/ indent from different depot all over the Bangladesh in compliance with previous months’ actual expenditure.
∎ Checking and physically verifying different promotional expenditure related bill and report to the concerned superior if any irregularities are detected.
∎ Checking distributor and employee’s full & final settlement bill.
∎ Checking different incentive/ commission bill of dealers and sales personnel in compliance with the approved policy of the company.
∎ Checking factory bill weekly or bi-weekly basis and stay at the factory premises for this purpose.
∎ Taking physical inventory half yearly or yearly for factory, depot etc.
∎ Verifying bran and husk party bill in compliance with approved rate which is determined by higher management.
∎ Assist superior or team for special audit in order to find out the problem or gap as per the requirement of the management.
∎ Communicating with the concerned person of the respective regional depot office when detecting any irregularities and share the observation/ irregularities/ findings which has detected at the time of checking and then time to time and informed to superior if needed.
