Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional to join our team as Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – HR & Admin. The role requires an individual with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to support and manage HR operations as well as administrative functions. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring effective people management, compliance with labor laws, employee engagement, and smooth office administration to support the organization’s growth objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job posting, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS, and personnel files in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
- Support performance management systems, including KPI setting, appraisal, and feedback processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Develop and maintain employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture.
- Oversee office administration, including logistics, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor and manage office assets, supplies, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations in the workplace.
- Supervise support staff and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Assist in organizing official events, meetings, and corporate programs.
- Prepare and manage administrative reports and documentation as required by management.
