Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set the export target for the annual export of the organization
∎ Develop and achieve an annual sales budget for international markets
∎ Build and manage strategic relationships with a range of distributors and end customers
∎ Develop marketing plans and execute campaigns for diverse stakeholders considering language, tone, and imagery
∎ Determine the demand for products and services and track progress on these global prospects to increase market share and profitability
∎ Develop and implement global promotional initiatives and communicate opportunities and operational issues
∎ Initiate, develop, and execute marketing strategies to grow the foreign market
∎ Conduct time-oriented market research to generate effective competitive information
∎ Coordinate and manage the assets, messaging, pre-meeting advertising, lead generation, programs, dinners, events, and all other meetings associated with foreign buyers
∎ Coordinate the planning and execution of international workshops with the host country distributor or independently as needed
∎ Liaise with regulatory and operations departments to better coordinate product life cycle management in international markets
∎ Adapt to a wide variety of environments and cultures if necessary
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Who has sales & marketing experienced in India will get preference.
∎ Excellent people management skills
∎ Very good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Hardworking and motivated
∎ Able to handle tremendous pressure and meet the deadline
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
