∎ Technical knowledge on Jacquard Elastic, Elastic/Oven Label design & Marketing setting on mc as per sample.
∎ Good knowledge on technical problem-solving ability with required quality standards.
∎ Knowledge on Jacquard Elastic/Elastic M/C.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing organizational sales & Marketing by developing a business plan that covers.
∎ Marketing, revenue and expense controls.
∎ Meeting planned sales & Marketing goals.
∎ Setting individual sales & Marketing targets with the sales team.
∎ Tracking sales & Marketing goals and reporting results as necessary.
∎ Overseeing the activities and performance of the Marketing team.
∎ Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
∎ The ongoing training of your salespeople.
∎ Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
∎ Promoting the organization and products.
∎ Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
∎ Preparing report and provide to the respective department.
