The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, supporting human resource functions, and maintaining compliance and discipline across corporate and project offices. This position demands a high level of integrity, organizational skill, and a proactive attitude to support the company’s continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, logistics, and maintenance.
Supervise procurement and inventory management for office and site administrative needs.
Manage transport, accommodation, and security support for project staff.
Prepare administrative letters, circulars, and official correspondences.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and government agencies as necessary.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all admin and HR-related documentation.
Support the organization of meetings, events, and training programs.
Human Resources Management:
Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, and onboarding of new employees.
Prepare and maintain employee files, personal records, attendance, and leave registers.
Supervise biometric attendance systems and coordinate monthly attendance summaries for payroll.
Support payroll processing, salary disbursement, and related documentation.
Assist in performance evaluation processes, probation reviews, and contract renewals.
Maintain compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and internal HR policies.
Handle employee grievances confidentially and maintain a positive work environment.
Arrange employee engagement and welfare initiatives to foster a cohesive company culture.
Coordination & Support:
Serve as a liaison between Head Office and project sites for HR and administrative matters.
Ensure discipline, attendance, and compliance at all project locations.
Support the Manager (Corporate Services) in executing strategic HR and admin initiatives.
