Job Context:
∎ Full time job and the candidate will be leading the finance and accounts department and work directly with the MD.
∎ Candidate must be able to set control points to monitor a distributed accounts team over multiple locations.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to work independently as a true partner to Directors.
∎ Strong expertise in creating annual budget and working within the budget.
∎ Must have strong expertise in product costing and COGS.
∎ Good technology skill
∎ Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly and annul financial statements.
∎ Create annual and 3 years budget.
∎ Create cost control points and working within budget.
∎ Oversee financial strategy and banking relationships.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate reporting for management and Board of Directors.
∎ Ensure revenue assurance, product costing, and product pricing.
∎ Responsible for handling all RJSC submissions.
∎ Organize and lead an efficient accounts and commercial team.
∎ Set-up, implement and keep up to date all MIS for management and Board of Directors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
