Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, maintain ledgers, and reconcile accounts.
∎ Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in annual budgeting and track financial performance.
∎ Accounts & Cash Flow: Manage accounts payable/receivable and monitor liquidity.
∎ Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including VAT and corporate taxes.
∎ Internal Controls & Audits: Implement controls to prevent fraud and collaborate with auditors.
∎ Payroll Management: Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with labor laws.
∎ Financial Analysis: Provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
