∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ERP, Finance/ Accounts, VAT and Tax
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be responsible for ensuring VAT & TAX related works & laws, i.e., shall be responsible for collecting VAT& TAX challan from customers within government stipulated time.
∎ Maintaining accounting records, including daily collection register, ledger entry, and cash book.
∎ Ensure accounting accuracy in all transactions entered in the system, and the same is posted before months-end.
∎ Preparation of reconciliation statements (Bank & Customer) related to finance and accounts.
∎ Customer balance confirmation, collection & credit follow-up.
∎ Comply with organizational policy, Companies Act 1994, Income Taxes & Vat & SD act, and other applicable laws.
∎ Making correspondence with various divisions in the organization and customers.
∎ Perform any other tasks/prepare any report as assigned by the superior management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have mandatory experience in ERP software.
∎ The applicants should have mandatory experience in the Advance application of Microsoft Office.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Trading Business.
∎ The applicants should have 2/3-year experience in Finance & Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in Tax, VAT & Company affairs
∎ Should have Excellent analytical skills, report writing, and presentation skills.
∎ Should have Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
∎ The applicants should have sound knowledge of the day-to-day operation of finance & accounts.
∎ Full working rights in Bangladesh
∎ Ready to work under stress & pressure
