Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team leading ability.
∎ Reporting and distribute work to team.
∎ Balance workload in under pressure.
∎ Vast knowledge about IT field such as software, hardware, device and peripherals, system specification.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Be an acceptable and warm team member.
∎ Excellent know how on Information technology.
∎ Flexible to work extended hour & weekend as & when needed.
∎ Experience of logging and prioritising faults and queries and generation of service reports.
∎ Demonstrated experience of excellent customer service skills and explaining technical problems and solutions in both English and Bangla language.
