∎ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
∎ In-depth knowledge of international education systems, university admissions processes, and visa requirements
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
∎ Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Familiarity with counseling techniques, assessment tools, and career development resources.Fluency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
∎ Experience in the immigration and student visa consulting service industries is highly desirable.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct thorough assessments of students' backgrounds and provide expert advice on overseas study options.
∎ Manage the entire admission process for Canadian, USA, Australian, Denmark, Finland and UK universities, ensuring smooth and timely visa submissions.
∎ Stay proactive by maintaining regular communication with students to provide updates on their application status and address any concerns or questions they may have.
∎ Assist students in preparing essential application documents, such as academic transcripts, letters of recommendation, and Statements of Purpose (SOP).
∎ Collaborate with university admissions officers and immigration authorities to ensure the smooth processing of student applications and visa submissions.
∎ Participate in education fairs, seminars, and other promotional events to showcase NWC Education's services and attract prospective students.
∎ Keep abreast of developments in international education policies, immigration regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students.
∎ Contribute to the development of counseling resources, training materials, and promotional content to support the growth of NWC Education's counseling services.
