- Minimum 01 years of proven experience in education counseling, preferably for Europe & Australia or any other study destination.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong intellectual ability are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide expert counseling to students for Europe and Australia or any other study destinations
- Process student file assessment to final visa application
- Assess student profiles, academic backgrounds, and financial capabilities to recommend suitable options
- Monitor daily leads and ensure timely follow-ups
- Make 50+ outgoing calls daily as required and conduct initial assessments
- Answer incoming student inquiries and provide accurate information
- Set up counseling appointments and send confirmations/reminders
- Promote StudyAce’s services to prospective students
- Assign qualified leads to junior counselors and guide them on counseling strategies
- Provide training, feedback and support to junior team members
- Maintain updated knowledge of visa rules, admission requirements, and institutional updates
- Ensure targets for conversions, applications, and enrollments are consistently met
- Track lead progression, prepare reports, and share insights with management
- Increase office walk-ins through proactive outreach activities
