Provide expert academic counseling to students for UK & Australian universities and colleges (Undergraduate & Master’s programs).
Assess student profiles including academic background, work experience, study gaps, finances, and visa history.
Recommend suitable universities, courses, and intakes aligned with students’ career goals.
Guide students on MOI acceptance, IELTS alternatives, and pathway options where applicable.
Assist students with offer letter applications, acceptance processes, and enrollment timelines.
Provide accurate and up-to-date guidance on UK Student Visa and Australian Student Visa (Subclass 500) requirements.
Review and advise on SOP/GTE/GS statements, financial documents, and supporting evidence.
Identify and mitigate visa risk factors while ensuring compliance with embassy and immigration policies.
Coordinate closely with the submission and visa team to ensure high approval success.
Maintain complete and accurate student records using LSA Education’s in-house CRM & Student Portal.
Track student progress, application status, and communication logs.
Communicate with students through the portal support system, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
Ensure proper documentation through the secure drive system for uploads and downloads.
Support the marketing team with student success stories, visa success posts, and live counseling sessions.
Represent LSA Education at education fairs, university seminars, and promotional events.
Uphold LSA Education’s reputation for transparency, professionalism, and high student satisfaction.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Education Consultant (UK & Australia preferred).
Strong knowledge of UK & Australian education systems and visa regulations.
Proven track record of student enrollment and visa success.
Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot-like systems preferred).
Ability to handle high-volume student cases with accuracy and professionalism.
