Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Abide by the legal orders & right directions from the superior.
∎ Implementing the Company's Quality Policy.
∎ Giving the right direction to subordinates & monitoring them properly.
∎ Not being absent without permission, entering the Place on time & Leaving from Workplace on time.
∎ Ensure company policy is enforced.
∎ Take into consideration of well-being for the proper office environment.
∎ Understanding production programs from superiors & hand them over to subordinates.
∎ Ensuring production according to the given production plan.
∎ Increasing productivity by maintaining proper production sequence.
∎ Assuring the right chemicals & auxiliaries for a specific design.
∎ Assuring quality parameters according to the customer's requirements.
∎ Ensuring safe handling and preservation of fabric.
∎ Being concerned about resource inventory of the Dyeing section.
∎ Be informed about the current situation of floors, Men, Machines & Materials.
∎ Informing to section head about any abnormal activity of fabrics, machines Chemicals.
∎ Maintain Production & Quality records.
∎ Ensuring coordination of work with the Quality & Others department.
∎ Providing training to subordinates (officer, Staff & Worker).
∎ Maintaining Discipline & Leave Management of sub-ordinates.
∎ Committed to controlling energy, Water, Chemicals consumption, and wastage.
∎ Ensuring clean-up of Machines & Keeping documents, equipment, and Furniture by maintaining 5 standards.
∎ Assuring a safe & sound work environment for all employees.
∎ Maintaining sustainable environment regulations.
∎ Ensuring that Chemical drums, batchers, and Trolly are kept in designated areas.
∎ Ensuring SDS in the chemicals keeping area & Bangla leveling all chemical drums or bags.
∎ Follow up Coc of Customer & Legal standard Labor Law and rules.
∎ Taking care of the well-being of co-workers as a concerned employee.
∎ Being concerned about every security compliance issue.
∎ Maintaining security rules & regulations for the betterment at the workplace.
