• Guide prospective students in selecting the most suitable study destination, course, and university based on their academic background and career goals.
• Conduct one-on-one or online counseling sessions with students and their parents, providing clear, accurate, and tailored advice.
• Manage the entire counseling process — from initial inquiry to document collection and coordination with internal teams for application follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with students and their guardians throughout the admission journey.
• Possess a basic understanding of embassy procedures, admission protocols, and visa application requirements.
• Assist in planning and executing educational events, such as seminars, student interviews, and international education fairs.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of student records and progress in the CRM or data management system.
• Prepare regular weekly or monthly reports detailing student inquiries, application status, and outcomes.
• Comply with company policies and ensure that student recruitment is conducted ethically and in line with legal requirements.
• Participate in training sessions and keep up-to-date with changes in international education policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the company’s success by collaborating with the team and offering innovative ideas for improving services and outreach.
