- While appreciating teamwork, the candidate has to be an independent person with a high degree of maturity, responsibility and initiative.
- Ability to provide educational support. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate comfortably with students courteously and professionally.
- Skilled in identifying problems and brainstorming for potential solutions.
- Possess a good command of English.
