∎ Process visa applications for various countries (USA, Canada, Australia, Schengen Countries) efficiently and accurately.
∎ Assess visa eligibility, verify documents, and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
∎ Ensure application forms are complete and fees are paid.
∎ Schedule and conduct visa interviews if you need to.
∎ Maintain the security and confidentiality of applicant information.
∎ Provide excellent customer service to visa applicants.
∎ Please respond to questions via phone, email, or in-person appointments.
∎ Stay updated on visa policies, immigration laws, and regulations for the specified countries.
∎ Generate reports on visa application trends, approval rates, and potential issues.
∎ Implement quality control measures to minimize errors in visa processing.
∎ Continuously improve and streamline visa application procedures.
